Yes - please have standard cleaning equipment ready before your cleaner arrives: vacuum, mop, and cleaning detergents. Your cleaner brings the expertise and technique; you supply the equipment. If you're unsure what products to prepare, WhatsApp us and we'll advise.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 30%; same-day cancellations charged 50%. We never charge if you're sick - just tell us.

We take care to protect your belongings, but if something is damaged as a direct result of our service, we'll make it right. We investigate using before-and-after photos and videos, and where damage is confirmed, we'll try to repair it first.
